About Us

The Centre is owned by environmental architect Garry Baverstock, A.M. and his wife, Julia Hayes F.C.I.S.
In 1997 Julia returned to live in Perth after over 25 years in Asia where she owned a financial services company. Recognising the need for short-term but attractive office accommodation in the Western Suburbs, Julia and Garry developed a business centre in Cottesloe Chambers, where they each have their own offices.

On-Site Parking  24 Hour Access

There is an underground car park and an external car park available for tenants. After hours access to the building is by way of a secure swipe card. Offices are always accessible and with separate  room air conditioning controls, ceiling fans, opening windows and individual lighting you can work comfortably when it suits you.

Serviced Office Reception

In Perth, Western Australia, the demand for serviced office accommodation comes from a wide range of business people, including start-ups, state representatives, authors, entrepreneurs and those who know they are more productive outside of a home office environment.

Through our business affiliations, we also offer website management and social media training. We will research information and for you to improve your website or blog on a continuing basis. If we recommend you to contact anyone, you can be sure we have tried them out ourselves.

Our aim is helping small businesses get started in the right environment by renting our well equipped serviced offices.
